No removemos mucho tan solo 3 o 4 veces en 15 min. Cuando pasen 15min bajamos el fuego y dejamos unos minutos a fuego lento tapado (nunca del todo)hasta que el arroz se seque. Debe quedar al dente..
  3. Colamos el arroz y lo enfriamos un poco bajo el grifo. Escurrimos y extendemos el arroz en 1o 2platos para que se enfríe y seque del todo..
  4. Cuando esté frío y seco añadimos el aliño poco a poco mojando y removiendo un poco el arroz para que se suelte (no es necesario echar toda la mezcla). Para el aliño: Coger un vaso de café y añadir un dedo de azúcar y otro de vinagre y mezclar muy bien. Ya tenemos el arroz perfecto para enrollar los makis..
  5. Para los ingredientes que integrarán nuestros makis elegir siempre una salsa: mayonesa, mostaza, Philadelphia... Un ingrediente principal que ocupará más espacio y 2complementarios. Todos los ingredientes se cortaran en láminas finitas.
  6. Montar los rollos: colocamos en mantel de madera, cogemos arroz y hacemos como una pelota de tenis, colocamos el alga y la pelota de arroz en el medio y extendemos con las manos hacia todas las esquinas excepto un par de dedos en un lado para poner los ingredientes. RECOMENDACIÓN: Para que no se nos pegue el arroz a las manos nos las mojamos de vez en cuando con agua fría y al extender el arroz presionamos un poco pero sin destrozar el grano).
  7. Si queremos el alga por fuera añadimos directamente los ingredientes en el trozo de alga que hemos dejado sin arroz. Si queremos el alga por dentro (los makis de la foto) le damos la vuelta al alga con el arroz antes de poner los ingredientes en el hueco reservado para ello.
  8. Para enrollar los makis: colocamos los ingredientes en su sitio y con ayuda del mantel de madera rulamos. Para que se quede bien, hacemos presión hacia nosotros mientras vamos enrollando. Cuando lo tengamos enrollado decoramos el rulo con sésamo o cebolla frita. Para cortar los trozos de sushi cogemos un buen cuchillo y vamos cortando mitades. De un rulo salen 8 trozos..
  9. Ejemplos de makis: EJEMPLO 1: MAKIS DE SALMÓN Untamos bien de Philadelphia en el hueco reservado para ingredientes.
