- Igualamos el espesor..
- Después añadimos el caldo caliente. (el doble que arroz)..
- Probar y rectificar de sal, algo saladito, soso no. Introducimos en el horno, calor arriba y abajo. Durante unos 22-25 min..
- Sacar y reposar 5 minutos por lo menos antes de servir..
- Emplatar y comer en caliente..
